Quote terms

Valid for	30 days from the date of this quote.
Payment terms	14 days from invoice date. Invoices may be paid by bank transfer.
Invoicing	Retainer packages invoiced on the first working day of each month, in advance. Project and ad hoc work invoiced on completion or in agreed stages.
Revisions	One round of revisions included at no additional cost. Further revisions may be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Out-of-scope work	Any work not listed above is not included in this quote. Additional work is agreed and priced separately before it begins.
Start date	Agreed between the parties once the service agreement is signed.
Governing law	Scotland.

Accepting this quote Work begins when the client accepts in writing (email is sufficient) or instructs FlexConnect to proceed.

Payment 14 days from invoice. Late payment accrues interest at 8% p.a. above the Bank of England base rate.

VAT Not currently charged. 30 days' notice will be given if registration status changes before work begins.

Revisions One round included at no additional cost. Further revisions may be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Your responsibilities Provide accurate information, review drafts within 5 working days, and pay invoices on time.

Confidentiality Both parties keep each other's information private. This obligation continues for 2 years after the engagement ends.

Data protection UK GDPR compliant. Client data is used only to deliver the agreed services. FlexConnect is ICO-registered.

IP ownership Deliverables vest in the client on full payment. FlexConnect templates and tools remain FlexConnect's property with a non-exclusive internal-use licence granted.

Liability Capped at total fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event. Indirect losses and loss of profits excluded.

Ending the engagement 30 days' written notice to end a retainer. Fees due for all work completed up to the termination date.
